Three Day Diet

 

  1. Day-1   Eat fruits and salads only
  2. Second Day- Warmwater with lemon juice only
  3. Third Day- Liquid diet– incude soups or kaanji,

 

Management of weight–

 

  1. Take good healthy foods but avoid snacks in between meals and restrict

 Cereal products, too much of bread or gluten foods and oily /fried foods.

 

  1. Avoid milk products, advisable to take skimmed or 1 % fat milk preferably organic

 

  1. Avoid Nuts and butter

 

  1. Every day exercise for atleast 30min in a day.

 

  1. reduce the common salt instead use kosher salt for your cooking.

 

  1. Drink at lease 7-8 glasses of water and no water ib between meals.

 

7.Avoid high carb foods like Rice, potatoes or grounded veggies.and pastas.

include green veggies and fiber foods more in your diet.

8 Eat moderate amount of protein per day.

 

  1. There should be a balanced nutrition in your diet.

 

  1. have three meaks per day, which include non veg twice a week and rest with veggie diet.

include egg white and avoid yellow part.

 

Most important part is–

 

Have a grape friut after you take each meal as it has fat burning enzymes.
